Deribit liquidations withdrawn

What's new

Deribit liquidation data is no longer offered. Two metrics were withdrawn effective 7 September 2026:

  • bitcoin_liquidations_deribit_long
  • bitcoin_liquidations_deribit_short

Deribit's public feed reports insurance-fund settlements, not liquidation orders, so it cannot give an honest liquidation figure. There is no replacement series. The other venues on the Liquidations chart are unchanged.

A request for either metric returns 404, as before. The response now says the metric was withdrawn, since when, and why:

The three extra fields appear only for a withdrawn metric.
